Manifesto

Build self-trust. Move with courage. Perform with integrity.

I learned this long before the medals...

standing on a start line with nothing but my inner resources and deciding that was more than enough.

Staring at a lane, with 10 obstacles in front of me, and making a decision to see it as an opportunity to create beauty and freedom.

On the long hard days, when I was sure I had nothing left, but I still found a way.

I've learned that if you commit to trusting your voice, stayed when it was hard, and moving even when doubt is loud, you develop an incredible confidence within yourself.

A skill that can be built over time, with tiny steps, that helps you to access more and more of your own expansiveness.

So that when it matters...

You don’t hesitate.

You don’t shrink.

You don’t perform for approval.

You are free to express your greatness. Fully, freely, without apology.

That’s what I’ve spent my life practicing. Not just becoming an athlete, but becoming someone I can rely on.

Someone who can move through resistance, hold her power, and express it when it counts.

Trust and belief are not about whether you succeed or fail; they are gifts you give yourself to open new doors.

My wish for you is not just that you win, though I hope you do...

but that you are brave enough to embrace the fullness of the experience: the victory, the defeat, the vulnerability, and the beauty.

My goal is to help you squeeze every last drop of juice out of yourself so that when your moment comes, you don’t search for confidence.

You stand in it
